1. Returns

- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged by customer misuse
💍 Jewellery
- Eligible only if:
- Item is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Must be returned with original packaging and box
⚠️ Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, returns for change of mind are not accepted
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank or card provider (processing time may vary)
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is defective)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellations
